Returns

Due to the international nature of our shipping operations, we do not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer preference.

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return in these cases:

  • The problem must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

You may be asked to provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Items sent back without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage incurred after delivery

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will be able to send a replacement once the issue has been verified.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for this return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • The tags must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
