SHIPPING POLICY – TOGETHERLY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), processing times may be longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Togetherly does not guarantee exact processing times, as some products may be made to order.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–12 business days

Mexico: 7–15 business days

Other countries: Varies by destination

These times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of delivery on a specific date.

Togetherly is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs

Force majeure events

Carrier logistics problems

Incorrect information provided by the customer

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, except for active free shipping promotions.

Togetherly reserves the right to modify shipping rates without prior notice.

4. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that may be incurred in the destination country.

Togetherly has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or is not claimed:

The customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for errors attributable to the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier:

Togetherly is not responsible for any subsequent loss or theft.

The customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

In exceptional cases, Togetherly may offer assistance at its discretion.

7. Order Tracking

Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the status of their shipment.

8. Custom Products

Custom or made-to-order products:

Are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Are not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

9. Acceptance

By making a purchase on Togetherly, the customer fully accepts this Shipping Policy.
